    Description

This van idles perfectly after a hard start when cold. it starts quicker once started the first time but still not quick. The oil pressure gauge drops to zero after about 3 or 4 minutes of idling but if you tap the gas or drive it the gauge pops back up to normal? I have only driven it one time around my neighborhood for about 10 minutes. The transmission showed ZERO signs of any issues nor was the rear end steering or brakes a problem. I bought this van at a dealers auction the way it is except I just replaced the batteries a few weeks ago. I have done nothing to this van mechanically since I have owned it except the batteries and I also just bought an already programmed Scanner 2 from Bulletproof diesel and hooked it up and got no codes and all the other vital signs I looked up also looked normal but there were a few 2 or 3 I could not figure out or understand what they meant . I wanted to first change the oil pressure sensor but to get to it in the van you have to pull a lot of hard to get to and maybe even remove the turbo and pipes to remove it so, I haven't done that yet. From the research I've done, I am thinking it has a small leak In either the seals or hoses that connect to the high pressure oil pump, but it could be the low pressure oil pump and a few other things so me being a pretty good regular not certified mechanic but not a diesel mechanic have been hesitant to get started doing anything because my research is telling me to replace everything i can afford to once started and that could get to a 00 or 00 if I replace both the pumps, the turbo and a few other things that it looks like are required to bullet proof it... Once that is done though it should be good for a good long while being a bullet proofed 6.0 diesel then AND should be worth 10 to 15k (or maybe more?) I would think for a good long while?(30 to 50k miles?) Anyhow, I really don't want to sell it because I feel like if I keep reading about it and start calling and talking with Bullet Proof and others I am going to eventually get cheap answers and fixes and I could be the one to get 10 to 12k instead of thousands less if I sell it as is like I'm doing here.I also did a carfax on it before I bought it and it looked like the previous owner MAY HAVE already bullet proofed it years ago,(or at least changed the hpop and or it's seal?) so if your a serious buyer you might want to get the Carfax yourself--I no longer have access to it because it goes away after I think 30 days and I don't and didn't have a printer and was never planning on selling this van, so didn't think to go to the library to print it when I could have but should have tried to figure out how to save it. There is a 0 NON REFUNDABLE deposit REQUIRED with buy it now. Contacting me BEFORE pressing buy it now is also REQUIRED. This is NOT a buy it now and maybe you'll actually purchase it after you look at auction. I prefer ALL potential buyers inspect the van BEFORE buying but understand that is not always possible. I REQUIRE people contact me BEFORE buying to insure we are on the same page and there are ZERO unanswered questions. The balance of the van will need to be paid in full in 7 days with cash, USPS MONEY ORDERS ONLY-no other money orders are acceptable but MOST bank to bank money transfers are probably ok also. I DO NOT accept any type of check or money, EVER. Removal is required within 14 days unless paid in full on time and discussed and okayed by me here on ebay messages. Having your money in order and your wife, husband or partner on board is also REQUIRED BEFORE buying it now. Thanks for looking and you are welcome to call also but I would prefer to correspond on ebay for possible future referencings sake. Update--It appears that ebay is now forcing sellers to buy an app in order to communicate with potential buyers through ebay messages that I could not figure out. When I tried to access it it is says my device (a chromebook)  is not compatiable with the app??? All I can say is text or try to call if I'm right and you message me here with no response.Text is best but if you leave a voicemail I'll get back to you also. Just remember I screen my calls like everyone else these days. :( Thanks for looking. 9104672839
